“Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated, but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.” CS Lewis.
Before we talk about CPS, the Medical Establishment, and Big Pharma, I want to start by saying that I understand how difficult of a job Child Protective Service has. They are charged with the gravest of duties, ensuring children are safe and protected. Now I talk about this with a heavy heart. I was a child that was in the State’s System…and with anything there are pluses and minuses. I comforted many little children (I was a teenager) as they wept for their mommies, which even now, I can hear…Yet I also remember talking to those who absolutely needed to be away from their parents.
This is the double edge sword of society. We need each other, but often arrogance, misunderstandings, and downright evil takes place in society.
So we must always ask: How do you protect those who cannot speak? How do we protect those that can be easily manipulated into telling what the adults wants to hear?
Now ask yourself this: How do parents, who for the vast majority truly love their children, protect their children from a Trillion Dollar Industry that is using a billion dollar industry to kidnap children legally?
In order to maintain freedom, I have stated before, and I will state again: The voluntary consent of the patient is an absolute necessity. … But what happens when it comes to children?
Who decides? The parent? The government? The doctor? Big, trillion-dollar pharmaceutical companies?
Well, let us take a look at an alarming trend, yet another medical kidnapping has happened.
A Three-month old baby girl, Kathyrn, was seized by Child Protective Services and UMC Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, Texas. Why, well we have another medical disagreement between doctor and parent.
Let’s take a quick look at the details: Kathryn Hughes was born, via C-section, which subsequently had some complications. According to Health Impact News, Kat was born on June 9, 2014 with a rare genetic condition called Pierre Robin Sequence. Is an unusual smallness of the jaw combined with cleft palate, downward displacement of the tongue, and an absent gag reflex.
During a hospital stay at UMC Children’s Hospital on September 21, CPS and the hospital seized custody over medical accusation which Lorie and her family say is simply not true.
On September 4, Kathryn had an acute life threatening event where she stopped breathing. Her family took her to the local hospital, where she was airlifted to UMC in Lubbock. The mother and child would spend the next two weeks there. Kat had surgery to insert a gbutton, which is a long-term feeding tube in the stomach until she could have corrective surgery on the cleft palate. The surgery went well, but on the 15th Kathryn began urinating more than she was taking in, she underwent tests, and on the 17th she threw up 5 times in a 15 minute period, before this happened breast milk had been switched to formula. After a few more tests, Kathryn was released to go home with her mother.
Kat was experiencing seizures, but was put on medications to stabilize the seizures. The nurses showed Lorie how to give Kathryn the proper dosage of medications via the gbutton. They went home on Thursday September 18th.
On September 20th, Kathryn began having seizures and was rushed back to UMC.
The next day CPS and the staff at UMC informed Lorie that they were taking custody of Kathryn over the medical conditions. Lorie was accused of not giving her baby the medication. The basis for this accusation was a test that showed that the level of phenobarbital in her bloodstream was at 9.5 mg, but it should have been at 10 mg.
*Side note, non-medical staff witnessed Lorie giving her child the medication as shown to her. The mother also has 2-year old twins that were born prematurely, who are generally healthy and receive albuterol when needed.
On October 15th the state attempted to terminate all parental rights, so far Blalock’s attorney has been able to prevent that from happening. (Even though CPS is supposed to attempt to keep families together…so WHY attempt to sever ties so soon?)
In the meantime Kathryn’s mother and family have only been permitted to see Kathryn twice. For a baby of only four months old…this can be devastating.
We could cite study after study, but parents don’t need a study to understand that babies need their mothers.
What is worse? As of today 10/27/2014: "A frightening recent development is that Lorie has been ordered by ECI (Early Childhood Intervention), who works with CPS, to bring in the twins for genetic testing. She is in the awful position of wondering what the consequences will be if she takes them. She is being counseled by her attorney to comply because of the possibility of what the state may do if she refuses."
Genetic testing? Why? Does this have to do with the millions of dollars in grant money that is being given by big pharma? I would ask everyone: Follow the money.
So what is Medical Neglect? Well it is defined as a parent’s failure to provide adequate medical or dental care for their child, especially when it is needed to treat a serious physical injury or illness What Types of Actions are considered to be Medical Neglect? Various things, a short list is:
Refusing or denying the child access to medical care in an emergency
Refusing to support the child’s medical expenses for an acute illness, without good reason
Ignoring medical recommendations by a physician with regards to a treatable condition
Failing to administer medicine to the child as prescribed by a doctor
*****Please note: Ignoring medical recommendations by a physician with regards to a treatable condition. Failing to administer MEDICINE to the child as PRESCRIBED by a doctor.
Now it is easy to say: well if a child needs medicine, yes the parent should take them in. BUT, remember…Life is a double edge sword, sometimes when we think we are being “good” and have the “best intention” we are opening the doors for the Wolf to Step Right In.
Who is the wolf? The wolf is a big pharmaceutical company that balances good and evil by curing some, and keep others sick. They make TRILLIONS of dollars off you being sick…But what is worse..there is a dangerous trend seeming to emerge.
If you have been listening you probably aware of the Diegel family, Justina Pelletier, Jaxton (part two), and the ever famous Parker Jensen case, to name but a few. Then…add in that there is a strong connection to experimental drug trials that just happened to be going on at the very same time these children sought treatment. And you might begin to wonder. Why? Normally clinical trials need a parents consent…That is unless the child is owned by the state. Yes I use the term Owned, because children don’t really have rights do they? They can’t say no…they are relegated to doing as they are told.
There is hope though: Justina’s Law seeks to end experimental Medical Research on Children Seized by Child Protection Services.
How sad is that: Really…We need a law to NOT experiment on children. Is this were science has led us?
And this is not to say that Medical kidnapping is isolated, as it is systemic and present in all 50 states…but even worse: It doesn’t stop there. In Arizona alone, they have upwards of 15,000 kids in and out of home placement. It has become a billion dollar business and more when judges, lawyers, guardian ad litems, experts, cps case mangers, cps administration, hospitals, physicians, foster parents, and court appointed attorneys are included. It is NOT uncommon for hospital to bill AHCCCS (mediciaid) a million dollars a year on one child.
We will go over a few cases at a later time, as my time is up. So I want to say: What can we do?
The first step is education. Educate yourself on medication, on interventions, and alternatives. Next, we need to set a clear definition of when the state can and cannot take a child. A blanket statement: Not following a doctors orders>>>Seriously???? Doctors are human, the make mistakes, as a matter of fact medical Mistakes are the 3rd leading cause of death in the USA. AND YET….With one call…and no representation of the parent…A doctor can have your child taken!!!

Most importantly: Talk to friends, talk to family. We need an Evolution Revolution. You have the most influence with family and friends…so influence…educate. Medicine is neither good nor bad…and getting a small dosage wrong shouldn’t be cause to lose a child.
And remember: Ask yourself this: What if it were me?
Last thoughts, my opinion. 1 in 5 girls and 1 in 20 boys are being sexually abused right now. 1 in 6 children will go hungry tonight. And though the number isn’t a certainty it is estimated that 100,000 children in the USA are victims of human trafficking. Then know this: resources are limited. CPS, Medicaid, the judicial system…They don’t make money, they are given our money…Surely these children I have mentioned are worth helping? Surely it is more urgent to get them help then to force medications upon children (And She WAS giving the child medication). Remember medication is neither good nor bad. Medications have side-effects, and sometimes medication doesn’t work….
Do you really want to be able to lose your child because you failed to give them one dose of medication? And She didn’t even FAIL to give her child the MEDICATION…the test proved the child did get the medication, just not in the right amount. Think about this:. Let’s say you gave the child the antibiotic at hour 5 instead of hour 4: Should you lose your child? Or more importantly should that child be ripped from their parents, thrown to strangers…left alone and frightened. (This does lasting harm, but why should big pharma care? They will just have an adult clients who takes anti-depressants the rest of their life)
There’s something tragic going on…and we all need to come together. Parents…we either stand up now…or our children’s children will be subjected to not having the joys and sorrows of being a part of ta family, they will only know the state.
